VENDOR GUIDELINES

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The Bartending Service of New England is required for any alcohol to be consumed at Arrowhead Acres. There is a $50 Liquor License fee, paid to Arrowhead Acres, for all events serving alcohol. No other alcohol or illegal substances may be brought onto the premises by customers or guests. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from the premises.

FOOD PROVIDERS
FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

Note:  Food providers for
public events (tickets sold)
must apply to the Uxbridge Board
of Health for a 1 Day Food Permit.

IMPORTANT! All Food Providers must send us a signed copy of our Catering Rules, the Uxbridge BOH "Registration for Catered Event" form, and proof of current Workers Comp and Liability Insurance before arriving at Arrowhead Acres.

Caterers are required to clean up and remove all food related trash as a condition of operating at Arrowhead Acres.

The Board of Health needs a minimum of 2 weeks to process your paperwork. Please do not wait until the week before the event.
Note: The BOH office is closed Friday through Sunday.

POT LUCK EVENTS

For events in which the organizer/family prepares the food or obtains it from a source other than a full service licensed and insured caterer, Arrowhead Acres will dispose of the trash. Minimum $200 fee paid to Arrowhead Acres.

Note: The event organizer will be required to sign a waiver that excludes Arrowhead Acres from any liability for food issues or serving-related accidents.
