Sample Pricing Scenarios for Weddings, Banquets and Outings

Effective January 1, 2010

Chapel (or indoor location) and Reception in Banquet Hall
(300-350 person max capacity)

Indoor Ceremony Area

  • Rehearsal ($50 for 1 hour)
     
  • Chapel or inside Ceremony ($250 for 1 hour)
     
  • Reception Hall $10 per person ($12 per person Saturday evenings)
    Price based on 125 person minimum for 4 hours
     
  • Liquor License $50 if alcohol to be served
     
  • Optional campfire, safety forks, fire attendant and marshmallows - $125 per hour
     
  • Pot Luck Option — $100
    Caterers are required to clean up and remove all trash as a condition of operating at Arrowhead Acres. For Pot Luck type events or events in which the organizer/family prepares the food, we will clean up and dispose of the trash. Note: For this type of event the organizer will be required to sign a waiver that excludes Arrowhead Acres from any liability for food issues or serving related accidents.


Chapel and Reception in Rustic Fresh Air Facility
(approx 90 person capacity with dance floor)

    Guest arrival 3:30PM, Ceremony 4-4:30PM, Photos in bridge area 4:30-5:30PM
     
  • Reception in Rustic facility $8 per person (minimum $400 for 4 hours)
     
  • Liquor License $50 if alcohol to be served

  • Rustic facility $8 per person ($400 minimum - 4 hours)
     
  • Liquor License $50 if alcohol to be served
     
  • Optional campfire, safety forks, fire attendant and marshmallows - $125 per hour
     
  • Pot Luck Option — $100

Arrowhead Acres Deposit Schedule

Chapel/Bridge Area (No Reception) - $250 deposit
(Balance due one week before event)

Chapel/Bridge Area and Rustic Facility - $450 deposit
(Balance due one week before event)

Chapel/Bridge Area and Banquet Hall - $700 deposit
(Balance due one week before event)
Note: For your convenience, the deposit may be made in two payments:
$200 upon booking and remaining $500 within 30 days
